Yes all forms and tried 2 browsers Chrome and Microsoft edge

here is a screen capture after I select and image and then apply it took me back to page one and no editing ability I selected just one item on page 2

I went in today to se what was going on and try changing another one just to see what happened. I went to page 2 checked the box beside the first item on page 2 selected edit the uploaded data and then apply . Now instead of showing me just the one item to change it want to page one and showed all of page one and nothing to edit. If I select an item on page one it presented the item to be changed and and made the changes.

I have the latest EW version.

I went to page 2 selected the one to change clicked on it box then selected edit items, did batch whatever it is, the item was presented I then edited item then then clicked batch selection, it would then it went to page one.

I am not near my computer to see what the actual box or button names are.

Same thing I did when I made them all on page one. I will check again when on my computer

But it did not make the change. Only way I could make the change was to extend page one to include it.

Ok I removed 1000 photos to sub directories so there is room in the photo-galley directory. Still can not move more than 25 files from WP media library ?? then it just says loading for hours with out doing anything

How do I relink images moved into sep directories?? The image icons are there but when I click them it can’t find the full size image

Ok I see in the Q/A page a reference to my question I pursue that solution

What we do is makeup new user with the same add 1 to the name and after the closing we delete the extra name.

We had a similar case with one of our members but they said it would not accept his wifes images I looked back and seen his went up ok 3 days before the clinic closed My thought was if he had his OK and his wife’s did not why wait till after the close to mention it.

What was done the president of the club logged in as his wife and I open it for 30 minutes then closed it. In looking at the uploads i could see that the last person send theirs in 1 minute before closing. I keep telling people upload early you can always change any image up to closing. We have one person load theirs up for th whole year as soon as I opened all of the clinics

You can still go in the form layout you used to create the clinic. and go to the line that says add extra data to show in spread sheet I add upload date to the last available column. This will tell you when each file was uploaded and give you an idea what time the last image was uploaded

this will give you some info as to date and times

You can make this change even after the clinic is closed then just download a new spread sheet and the info will be there

When judging is done you go to the clinic that was judge you make a spread shhet and add the the required info using

If you wish the gallery to display scores or other image-specific information not uploaded by the member, you need first to upload a csv file containing this data, using the “Upload extra per-image data” button on the “Webforms” page. Make sure that you put the text into the title, caption and/or description depending on which your theme actually displays.

Per-Image Upload
You may optionally upload a .csv file containing three or four extra items of data to be stored for each image.
For images you subsequently attach to a page (using the Manage Items link below), the first three items are used for the Title, Caption and Description of the image in a standard WordPress gallery, and the optional fourth is a tag intended to help in sorting the images within the gallery. They may also be:

included in a downloaded spreadsheet (see Extra Data in the Layout)
displayed in a “followup” page (see the Help item at the top of this page )
displayed to judges if you are using the EWZ-Rating plugin.
The following rules apply:
The file must be in plain text, “comma-delimited” format.
The easiest way to generate the .csv file is to save a spreadsheet in .csv format. There should be no header line.
The first column must contain the wordpress item sequence number. You may obtain this by including the WP Item ID under Extra Data in the layout and then viewing it by clicking “Manage Items” on the webforms page or by downloading the spreadsheet.
The second column must contain the identifier you assigned to the layout field that contained the image file. It will usually have the same value for every line in the file.
The 3rd, 4th, 5th columns contain, in this order:
The title
The caption
The description
The optional 6th column contains the tag.
for each image you wish to annotate in this way.
You may use some basic html markup in your text:

I use this line on a page and only the logged in user can see their results only no one else

As to the original question I use EW to show what a logged in member has entered and only that member can see his I think this is what you mean?

I have no issues with EW and use it for 2 camera clubs in my area and have coached other clubs on its use. I do not see any benefit of using a program that uses another authors work and charge 250 dollars .

I do not see how much time it can save I setup a clinic, users login, and upload their images, judges score them, I download the scores and images, I use flexishow to display them. Only thing extra is to import comments then setup a page with the clinic results DONE I also have a page set so that members can see what they have entered in previous clinics and the results of it score
