Got it working I see I have to select all of the clinics and select checked for the followup field

Is there an option in the rating form for the selected end of images for judging. I will look but all help is appreciated.

Thanks Took a chance as what I tested seem to backup what you said, so I went ahead, I also noticed if I change my field name (not ID) it was still ok as some columns were very wide for a check mark.

Now to figure out how to get rid of all the extra fields not needed but I will leave that option for now.

in doing a test layout If I create a clinic made with the org layout and change it to the new layout I loose the data .
If I create a clinic with the new layout and do an end of year I see the check box.
If I go in and remove the check box I still see all of the data but no check box.
If I change it to the original layout I loose the data but the headings are still there

So from what I can tell if I go in and add a new field to the original layout (checkbox) it will retain my data and have the checkbox available for the end of year.

Am I correct in this hypothesis?

Can I add the new field in the 5 already closed clinics, by adding it to the existing webform layout? I did a test form and upload and I see the checked box when I do an end of year.

Can I add it now to the existing layout field without losing my data

It is built into the theme Exposure by ThemeFuse
I just look after the entry Wizard area of the site.

OK I think I found the problem. Operator error as usual

When I did clinic1 I used a different login so when I am logged in as admin I do not see clinic1 images.

I checked with another person either they did not enter clinic 1 or a different login name and their image did not show for clinic 1 that is why I thought there was a coding error in clinic1 because the rest loaded ok

I check a few others and their files show for all the clinics and some show nothing as they did not enter anything.

I am going to change my login password so no one can log in as admin I thought there was a way to delete my message but it does not show anyway.

I did a page inspection and here is clinic1 and part clinic2

clinic 1 has nothing following it but clinic2 shows the image info
this is the same for clinic3 4 and 5
And I have set another clinic1 at the end and it is the same as the first no data after
the page shows the title for Clinic1 images but no images !
has to be something in the form data for clinic1

I check all the quotes retyped them same thing

I did one only for clinic 1 it shows the clinic title but no images I check the clinic and all are there also do a data base check and it check ok.

It is only clinic1 the other 4 are ok

is my page code .. Is there an email I can use to send you login info for you to look around at clinic1 to see why

One more thing I setup the whole year for the clubs clinics in the fall, I do set the end date and time but would be nice if you added a start date and time. I have been sent email stating the new clinic should be going as I foregot to activate them. Just food for thought.

I will look into that for next month I already setup the gallery. But I did notice with wordpress gallery I had to sort high(P) to low(A) to get it in the gallery low (assignment) to hi (pictorial If I did a sort in category assignment first it would be last in the gallery page … I guess wordpress gallery is not setup for sorted images. I only look after EW on these web sites they both have their own webmaster so I am limited as to what I can and cannot do re the galleries.
