Yes that s what I do now but would be nice for a secondary sort and even a third the clubs I do have prints and categories but when the gallery is created they are still lump together by the same author so could have 5 nature images by the same author in a row. I guess it would be difficult to change the order as in the spread sheet that I upload with the added scores and judges comments?

Maybe add it to future updates of EW

I really do not want to change software EW is the best one so far, I have tried and used others that were lacking and also had a yearly subscription and no judging module.

Josie I know it would be a coding change but why can’t we sort the file before we upload for the adding the extra info and have EW sort the images the same as the spreadsheet.

Ok I see now see why I had changed to to 500 to see all of the images instead of page by page.

I guess there is now way to just move them over or copy them at the already size without resizing? Seems to take up a lot of space to make new copies at a different size just for the gallery. But then that is why I am a user and not a programmer .. I use to program way back in the 80s but then that was with a Vic20 and the commodore 64….Way different now..

I figured it out I added user list to the user and now he can see the information as required

I should not have to do all this the plugin should not interfere with the main workings of WordPress.

They are only using it so members can renew their membership and pay for any outings. Woo Commerce is way to much for what they need. I will ask the webmaster to try a different plugin for the commerce part of the site.

It is not my site and I do not want to mess with it as there is a lot of data on the site. The theme is Garden and is a commercial purchased site. I am afraid if I change the Theme it will lose some Data that the club needs

I look after the clinic image uploads and online judging plugin and I do have admin rights but need to have some helpers that only can access the entry wizard plugin.

No GO, it will not show it for any user I checked admin and lost the bar for me but found a way to get back in to the tool bar through the edit page

I am going to give it a rest 1 am here in Canada a bit tired

I have users that are allowed to access certain parts of the site one being entrywizard to download image files and spread sheet. I also have users that have other role to update certain parts of the web site. So unless I give them full admin access they can not gain access to those areas and do their job

well the above plugin alows the user to view the toolbar but when the users try to goto there profile it takes over and just shows it woohoo dashboard not the word press one

This program is a joke wonder what else it screws up

Maybe entry forms was trying to write something to the none existing field maybe

Not sure why but taking out the extra field in the ratings form allowed it to upload again. I will keep an eye on it to see if it happens again.
I thought at first the site was over it’s limits but we are suppose to have unlimited space on the hosting site.

I think I found the cause

I added a field in the Rating form that did not exist in the entry form

It is behaving ok for now but I will have to keep an eye on it.

Can you not use the Judging part of Ewz Ratings, projected to a screen and have judges do live judging and then adding the combined score through Ewz Ratings, no need for Flexishow

Yes I chanced it and it did update the file. Only thing is that bulk delete I selected it by accident and deleted a bunch of images. I have them on my computer so I guess I will have to do some uploading.
