I took a look at the gallery(https://sugarcreektaxidermy.ca/sugar-creek-taxidermy-gallery/) and it seems to be working properly at the moment.
Were you experiencing the issue on a different gallery page, or was it specifically on this one?

Envira Gallery doesn’t automatically reduce the original image size. However, it creates optimized versions for thumbnails and other uses to ensure faster loading times. I reviewed your website and It seems you’ve already optimized your images for the web, as your gallery loads quickly. Great job!

Envira Gallery doesn’t limit the number of albums or galleries you can create. So you can go and create as many as you need for your photos!
