In reply to: [Broadcast] Fatal Error when trying to activate pluginI tried deactivating the acf gravity forms add-on and then I still get this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'plainview\sdk_broadcast\wordpress\base' not found in /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/src/ThreeWP_Broadcast.php:8 Stack trace: #0 /code/wp-content/plugins/duplicate-post/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php(571): include() #1 /code/wp-content/plugins/duplicate-post/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php(428): Composer\Autoload\includeFile('/code/wp-conten...') #2 [internal function]: Composer\Autoload\ClassLoader->loadClass('threewp_broadca...') #3 /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/ThreeWP_Broadcast.php(30): spl_autoload_call('threewp_broadca...') #4 /code/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php(2313): include_once('/code/wp-conten...') #5 /code/wp-admin/plugins.php(192): plugin_sandbox_scrape('threewp-broadca...') #6 {main} thrown in /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/src/ThreeWP_Broadcast.php on line 8
….so then I deactivated the duplicate post plugin and I get this error
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'plainview\sdk_broadcast\wordpress\base' not found in /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/src/ThreeWP_Broadcast.php:8 Stack trace: #0 /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php(444): include() #1 /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php(322): Composer\Autoload\includeFile('/code/wp-conten...') #2 [internal function]: Composer\Autoload\ClassLoader->loadClass('threewp_broadca...') #3 /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/ThreeWP_Broadcast.php(30): spl_autoload_call('threewp_broadca...') #4 /code/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php(2313): include_once('/code/wp-conten...') #5 /code/wp-admin/plugins.php(192): plugin_sandbox_scrape('threewp-broadca...') #6 {main} thrown in /code/wp-content/plugins/threewp-broadcast/src/ThreeWP_Broadcast.php on line 8
Hi,
Thank you for your quick response. I put the shortcode for the lightbox on the page with the same class name and I’m able to open the brochure again.
Hi Nathalie,
Here is the report. I replaced the name of the website. Thanks!

Hi Will,
Go to https://merlinone.com/dashboard/lost-password/
Enter and email and click reset password, and the text doesn’t change.
The reset email does get sent (if you’re a user).Thanks for your help!
Thanks for the response and sorry I missed your reply last week!
We are indeed hosted on WP-Engine. I had their support exclude /dashboard/lost-password/ and /dashboard/ from the cache.
The password reset key error is gone! …but there’s a secondary issue where the reset password button appears to do nothing (no confirmation message). As a result, users will click on it multiple times and get a bunch of reset emails.
Do you have any ideas on how to fix that?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Amazon Product in a Post Plugin] Amazon Product Advertising API 5.0Hi @prophecy2040,
Thank you for your work on this plugin!
Do you have any updates on making the plugin work with the new API?Thanks,
CecileI just go to Engagements > Certificates and view it.
I can see the url is different when I access it this way vs. from the front-end.
I can hide the header and footer on the certificate template targeting .llms_my_certificate-template-default or .single-llms_my_certificate
… but do I hide them ONLY in the html file that gets saved out. Can you point me in the right direction, please?
Well that was dumb. I figured it out. I was testing the certificate without completing the course associated with it. I did and now it works!
Ideally the certificate would work for admins regardless, but at least it works now.Anything I can do to hide the header and footer from the html file?… but not from the certificate page?
Thanks for your help!
Hi Thomas,
It definitely would be nice to download a PDF but understand the complexity of generating PDFs. I’ve done it before with the FPDF library (https://www.fpdf.org/) but it probably doesn’t work for background images or anything visually complex.
I uploaded the html here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b2xuz20xgx55iqk/certificate-qmubjbt6kkod.html?dl=0
This is a staging site on WP-Engine. I didn’t see anything abnormal in the .htaccess file.
Let me know if you figure it out, thanks!

In reply to: [Easy Table of Contents] How to Prevent TOC from showing in the excerpt@shazahm1 That makes sense, thanks!

In reply to: [Easy Table of Contents] How to Prevent TOC from showing in the excerptSo actually…. the issue there is that when you are inserting a TOC manually in the post content via shortcode (so it’s not on top anymore)….then it shouldn’t be automatically inserted on top of the excerpt. Makes sense?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Easy Table of Contents] How to Prevent TOC from showing in the excerptThanks so much for trying to help @shazahm1. I tried the new plugin and it didn’t make a difference. Then I checked the plugin settings and it was set to insert at the top even though I had set it to before first heading (someone must have changed it)! It was displaying before the first heading because the authors are using the shortcode anyways, not inserting it automatically, so I didn’t realize. I changed it back to before first heading and the excerpts look good now. Thanks!
