In reply to: [WooCommerce] 403 Error when trying to update Databank
Strato appears to have fixed the error. At least in the Events Manager everything works as it should. Even without turning off the filters in the Strato account ??- This reply was modified 4 months, 1 week ago by cede007.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 403 Error when trying to update DatabankDanke, @chefchiller für dein Engagement. Heute Vormittag noch wusste bei STRATO auch keiner von dem Fehler und die taten so, als w?re alles die Schuld von WordPress ?? Ich hoffe, dass der Events Manager dann auch wieder l?uft, sobald STRATO das repariert hat.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 403 Error when trying to update DatabankYes, I spoke to Strato this morning. The hotline employee asked the technical team and replied that Strato had not changed anything on the servers. That’s not true. Now I have to wait until Strato fixes the error.
Another user (joneiseman), just like me, tested a new WordPress installation with just one plugin (Events Manager). He is not with Strato and has had no problems. I’m with Strato and the fresh installation had the error. It was obvious that the error was to be found there. Thank you for your interest.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 403 Error when trying to update DatabankWow, ich bin nicht allein ?? Auch mir hat Strato heute gesagt, dass sie nichts für den Fehler k?nnen und dass WordPress allgemein nicht ihre Sache ist. Hier mein Thread, es handelt sich bei mir um den Events Manager:
Wow, I’m not alone ?? Strato also told me today that they can’t do anything for the mistake and that WordPress is generally not their thing. Here is my thread, it is the events manager plugin:

That’s great. Apparently Strato is already working on it (?) I’m glad I’m not alone with the problem ??
Thank you for describing your problem here too.Today I spoke to Strato on the phone. Strato says they haven’t changed anything. I have doubts about it.
Very important: please call Strato and describe the problem! Because the employee today said I was the only one …
I doubt whether Strato will listen to me ??
In any case, you helped me a lot, thank you for that!!
OK thanks. What can I do so that he finds out about all this?
Since the error only appears in EM, but not in the normal WP backend: Could the plugin developer do something? (theoretically ??
I’ll have to ask Strato again about that, right? I can’t make any changes to the server myself?
Thank you! Then it must actually be the server, i.e. Strato…
For info: The web server is Apache/2.4.59 (Unix), PHP version is 8.2.20 and PHP SAPI is cgi-fcgi
Wow thank you very much! Did you search for an event in the backend? Or tried to view all events instead of just future ones? The error only occurs in the backend.
To test it, I have now installed WordPress in a subfolder, with a new database and no additional plugins or data. Then just added the Events Manager plugin. The error appears here too.
I spoke to Strato on the phone. They have not made any changes to the servers. And the employee said no one else had called about this error either.
