We are using wp-rocket to optimize the site I will check on that. 

Currently I can’t disable the site plungers for testing, but on the last test I had no problems. I’ll try to check again tonight (if possible) 

Otherwise I activated the option “Load form with AJAX” and it works at first sight, the form is visible. I’ll do some tests to see if it works 

But as it is, it could work ! I’ll continue my investigations in parallel.

I have exactly the same problem!
Emptying the cache doesn’t change anything, the option “Enable only connected submission” is not activated. And no conflict with other plugins.
WordPress up to date as well as the plugins.

However, when I edit my page with elementor, it displays the form, but when I publish my page, the form is not displayed!

an idea ?

In my case, I was given this solution which consists of clicking on the “update” button of each event. It worked for me. Just click on the “update” button.

I have the same problem with duplicate events on my site. I am at the latest version 5.16.6.

What else can I do so that the error doesn’t happen again? and not recreate all my events?

Oh sorry I made a mistake in the date of birth field, I had some text in the “fictitious substitute” field when it should not! (laughs) that’s why google displayed a code that didn’t match anything!
