No, thanks for the reply though. That is exactly how I added the shortcode in the first place and had an error in display with gray showing in margins or padding of that widget inside the box. So, it may be the plugin.

I don’t trust anyone that wants access to my dashboard. The biggest red flag of wordpress plugins. There should be no reason to access my dashboard to fix the problem.
The problem arises when using the shortcode.

Thank you for getting back to me. However, I am using a page builder so I am inserting your plugin via shortcode. I did remove the pre tags in text editor and I had the same problem. I then did a work-around by trying to fix it in CSS customizer area with:

.sektion-wrapper *, .sektion-wrapper ::after, .sektion-wrapper ::before {

    box-sizing: border-box;
    border: 1px solid #fff0;
    background-color: #fff0;

}

Any other customizations have to be added in to the CSS with this like background color etc.

Is there another way to make the shortcode work? I am afraid it wont be the answer if I want to use the shortcode on another page.

Hello, thank you for the reply. I used the wp text widget and added the sortcode: [wccs_showcase id=’1370′]

It is still showing some kind of text area box in gray at the top and bottom also, still has a large padding or space beneath the plugin area. emailmystic.com

Ok, got it! It’s with the plugin ‘WORTH THE READ’ BY WELLDONE MARKETING – not sure why they use for a simple idea plugin. Looks lie I will try something else for this one feature. Thanks for the information.

So funny, I have it on my blog I don’t remember installing it, & I only have those themes. UH, OH.

It is installed under tools, but can’t find it in plugin’s. So can you tell me how I got it?

One more question – should I start a new support, my re-captcha option is not showing in plugin? Where do I set the re-captcha?

Not sure which one. It only appeared when I selected all updates in the bulk update list and tried to update. I updated individually after reading your question & there was no 404. Not sure why this happened? It wanted me to whitelist but did not list what needed whitelisted.

Yep, thanks. I did install the shortcode-widget but never activated it because I thought either the text or html was supposed to work. I did activate it and gave it a try – it works fine with the slider shortcode.

Still, thought that the text or html was supposed to work with shortcodes.
