I used chrome inspect and noticed errors in the load-script.php – jqmigrate syntax error
Not sure what this means or how to trouble shoot.

Hi lisa, all sites are hosted on same account. No, I am not using CDN. I was using W3Total Chache and ShortPixel Optimizer. Also, added Elementor to some of these sites a month ago.

So far the LIFTER, LMS is AWESOME! Working with all the plugin’s just fine.

Gouravwptech, You’re reply doesn’t make sense? I did not say that I was using a third party plugin. I am saying your theme may be coded by you with a function error. It is something that is keeping it from scrolling and from areas being visible, but it is not my plugins. It is the theme. What will you do to fix it?

It is not clear that you are upselling to me until after you install the theme, then go look at documentation to customize it.

Correction: I have been using WordPress FOR over 7 years.

You know you are purposely being deceptive about what the free (lite) version offers.
1. Screen shot image should show what the free theme look like.
2. The free version is a base theme and does not have any front page customization options at all in the customizer. (User will have to code the theme to get any results similar to the screenshot).
3. There is no documentation explaining how to use the free theme! All documentation leads the user to the pro-version documentation, the pro version documentation is not usable for the free theme since you the .xml file only exists in the paid or pro version.

1. The screen shot image should not reflect what the pro version offers.
2. You should clearly state that the theme will not be able to be customized without purchasing the pro version.
3. Documentation should be for free theme as well and clearly state that the pro version has to be purchased in order to get the results of the screen shot image.
