Yes, we have a wallet system in place as well (customers pay money up front, and then their balance is kept in a “wallet” on site). Both that and Paypal bombs.

Do you know what MySQL version you’re running?

I also just ran into this same issue. Noticed the “create password” field was hidden on the checkout page, so new customers are required to create an account, but they can’t. On deactivating the plugin, the field reappeared. I triple checked my settings, and did not find anywhere I had chosen (or could choose) to deactivate that field.

On inspecting the page with the plugin activated, it looks like it’s being set inline to display: none.

I am also having this problem. Has anyone found any causes or solutions? Thanks.

Hi, Scott. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I don’t have it disabled, though I’m sure some of the plugins use Javascript. I’ve disabled all the other plugins related to Contact Form 7 (there were several), and that hasn’t solved the issue. Do you happen to know of any common plugins which conflict with yours?

I’m also still getting the invalid header issue when I try to activate the plugin. No error log entry on the server, but I’m getting this error in the Chrome console: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) https://testdomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=constant-contact-api%2Flib%2Fcache-http.php&_wpnonce=6170b8db88

OK, disregard last post…I found the issue and squared it. However, I’m now finding that while the form works, the checkbox on the registration page doesn’t seem to actually send the info to the newsletter subscription service. Again, any help would be appreciated.
