I have this very same issue. This will be a problem for new accounts on the site, because who remembers their username?

This should be an easy fix for the dev, where it should match the user account by user_email not user_id. Did support ever get back to you?

I have purchased the pro addon as well but i didn’t get any answer from support.

after further testing this seems to be an issue with the “invisible” rendering. Works with visible renderings on both the /my-account/ pages and the wordpress comment form, but not when they are invisible.

is there a way to selectively choose the rendering? for instance i’d like the for to be visible on wp login forms and invisible on elementor where it works flawlessly
