Hi @lukedouglas ,
The header message in yoru screenshot is actually coming from WooCommerce Shipping and Tax, rather than Jetpack. Here it is showing up for me, without Jetpack installed:
Screenshot Link: https://cloudup.com/cafHYI3dZP3
For the
jetpack_autoloader_plugin_paths
in your second screenshot, it looks like it’s being called by another plugin, Google Listings & Ads.So Jetpack, despite the mentions, is not installed on your site, but other plugins may require it or reference it, particularly in the WooCommerce ecosystem.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Flickr / Jetpack conflictHi @smchugh ,
How are you adding your Flickr links? There’s no conflict I’m aware of.
I have these settings:
Screenshot Link: https://cloudup.com/c4TbxLgwrcs
If you use the Flickr block, it should ‘just work’.
Screenshot Link: https://cloudup.com/cue0Fy5_V48
Add the block, then paste your Flickr URL:

It should show up in both your post edit screen and on the front-end:

Have you tested for a plugin or theme conflict?
How to test for conflicts
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three theme.
- Try to reproduce the problem: If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack with Site Accelerator and ‘speed up load times’ enabled. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
- Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
- Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Is 1.9.4 still in beta?Hi @docdunning ,
Thanks for the report! I see that is happening, but when I upgrade, it does update to 1.9.4:
Screenshot Link: https://cloudup.com/c8-yNcZAotb
You can see all of WP Super Cache’s releases here, including betas and ‘official’ releases:

I’ve reported the issue with ‘view details’, as that is pretty confusing!

Hi @davidjeanneret ,
It’s a tough one – this issue pops up occasionally, we’re never able to duplicate it, so we’re not quite sure what causes it for some users.
– Would you share your PHP and Jetpack CRM versions?
– Would you share any updates you’ve made to your site when the issue first started? For example, did you update any plugins, or theme?
– Would you check the invoice template settings and make sure fonts are installed? https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/using-custom-fonts-in-crm-pdfs-e-g-invoice-templates/
– Would you check and make sure you are using default invoice template file? https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/templating-how-to-change-templates-pdfs-portal-emails/#template-file-variations—
If you still run into issues after testing the above, would you share your site health information via this form below, so we can take a closer look?https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/reporting-bugs-to-us/
You can use WordPress Site Health feature to send us some more information about your site:
– In your WP Admin dashboard menu, click **Tools**, then select **Site Health**.
– Click *Info* at the top of the page.
– Click the ‘Copy site info to clipboard’ button
– Paste this information into your reply.`Please include the URL reference to this forum thread in the bug report ticket.

Hi @wevertonh ,
That’s a nice looking invoice you’re going for there! Unfortunately, custom HTML/CSS is outside our scope of support.
You might take a look at a tutorial like this for a complex table layout like the one you screenshotted:
Happy to keep the thread open for a bit in case someone else wants to jump in.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack is crashing my siteHi @donnyh15 ,
If by ‘crashing’ you mean you’re seeing 500 errors on the front-end of your site, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check their security logs for any blocked requests to the xmlrpc.php file on your site, using the
Jetpack by WordPress.com
user agent. You can also ask them to allow our IP addresses listed here:

Hi @butera ,
can’t find the modules you referring too. It should be under settings, WP Super Cache Settings?
No, these would be in your Cloudflare settings. ??

In reply to: [Jetpack Search] Does this run on a CDN?Hi @blclda
sync the data to their own servers and display it using a CDN. I couldn’t find which type Jetpack is.
Yes, it is cloud-based, and hosted on WordPress.com servers.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Object cache support?Hi @tobiaseichner –
Does WP Super Cache use an object cache like apcu? If so, where can it be enabled in the plugin settings?
It does not. There’s a bit more information about this here:

Cena
It does look like there’s some buggy behavior in WooCommerce itself around partial refunds, although I’m not sure these reflect the specific issue you’re having:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+%22partial+refund%22
We do have our own internal issue regarding partial refunds, to which I’ve added your comments.
This is what happens when you get my age ??
I feel ya on that one! ??
Hi @edvanture ,
Thank you for the clarification!
s it possible to get integrate this general html invoice placeholder for the whole sec-adress?
It is not, but I’ve submitted a request for this (the ability to have complete addresses accessible via placeholder, instead of pieces of addresses). You might try creating a custom field for the address in Quotes, then using that custom placeholder. The problem is that you won’t be able to build this programmatically; that is – you’d have to fill in that field on every quote manually.
if you use a ##CONTACT-XY_DATETIME_STR## into the quote templates. It’s then shown like: 9. March 2023 1:00, but should be like 9. M?rz 2023 1:00.
Got it – I’ve filed a report for this. With German site language and d.F Y date format, I see:
Screenshot Link: https://cloudup.com/cFbs5phU3rg
t doesn’t make sense to show a time, as there is no possibilty to choose a time in the calendar.
This is happening because the ‘datetime’ referenced in the placeholder is grabbing it from your server. You raise a good point, though – I’ve reported this as well.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Preload doesn’t workHi @mjvito,
Thanks for the archaelogy there! I went down quite a rabbit hole with those threads in the Yoast forums (they don’t seem to have corresponding issues in their Github repository, though).
I’ve pinged @thingalon to take a look when he gets a chance.

Hi @levinternet,
No worries at all, and thank you! ??
I added your logo to an invoice, and it seems to be working for me in PDF:
Screenshot Link: https://cloudup.com/cScQgEIqJoI
So, hm. Just to make sure we’re on the same page, this was working, but now isn’t, correct?
Quick check:
- do you have .png selected in
wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-plugin-settings
underAccepted Upload File Types:
?
How did you upload the logo? Did you upload it via an invoice, or did you set it in
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-plugin-settings&tab=bizinfo
?This issue often seems to result from a plugin conflict (possibly Divi, as you mentioned in re: Client Portal) but I’ve also seen it with iThemes Security (an unidentified setting will cause this), and others.
Would you try turning off everything aside from WooCommerce and JetpackCRM and see if that fixes the PDF issue? If it does, that will confirm a conflict. Turn each plugin back on one at a time, testing the PDF. Once it stops displaying the logo, you’ll know which plugin is causing the issue.
Let us know what you find, and we’ll go from there.
Best,
Cena
