Seriously? No reply? We paid for this plugin and no one is assisting us, why?

Anyways, I’ve finally successfully sent an email with wp-smtp-plugin but contact forms still does not send out emails. Please help

I recently updated our core to 4.4.2 as well and for some reason we are getting a 500 internal error when going to the admin panel. Any suggestions?
