    Hi Niklas,

thank you very much for your feedback.
Unfortunately we don’t know the correct name of the fields. Where can we see them? We do not have access to MySQL at the moment.

We wonder how other small stores do it with the invoices. Surely in the German market an appropriate invoice is essential?

If you have information from the developers, we look forward to your answer, so that we can hopefully offer invoice purchase again soon! ??

    Many greetings

    Hi Niklas,

I have changed the multi-step checkout to single step. Now it seems to work.

We would now like to store our RatePay payment information in our plugin Germanized on the created invoices.
Here we had deposited the following if-command for purchase on account so far:

    [if_order data=”instruction_type” value=”PAY_UPON_INVOICE”]
    Account holder: [order data=”account_holder_name”]
    IBAN: [order data=”international_bank_account_number”]
    BIC: [order data=”bank_identifier_code”]
    Purpose: [order data=”reference_number”]
    Due date: [order data=”payment_due_date”]
    [/if_order]

Do you know what the ID’s of the new RatePay fields are called so that the correct payment information is stored on our own invoices?

`It worked, thank you very much!
We additionally use Germanized’s multi-level checkout: Personal data -> Payment methods -> Confirm (overview and buy now). Currently you can select PayPal and PayPal Invoice payment methods at step two (without pretty buttons). For example, if you select PayPal in Step 2, then in the third step instead of “buy now” appear the remaining payment methods such as PayPal and Sofort. Can we list the individual payment methods all unified under step 2 payment methods, or is that not possible with a multi-step checkout?

    Many regards
    Chris

Hi, we also have the attitude:
“Active tax calculation – VAT invoices are sent for your orders” is activated. This activation took one week. Now the VAT is also imported.

But we still have a problem, that Woocommerce cancels all shipping costs from Amazon afterwards. Unfortunately I cannot tell which plugin is responsible for this.

Thank you very much for your answer!

The country is pre-selected in the invoice data. However, the country no longer appears in the order overview. But since the billing address is the same as the shipping address, it is no longer visible in the order overview (“3. Confirm”).
