We can’t update Woocommerce and WordPress as this would mean something might break on the website but we updated the extension to 4.1.9 which is the latest and got the errors below:

We have another question for you

So let’s say we want to list our products from a google excel spreadsheet and in there we have 5 bullet points to list on amazon. Amazon allows 500 characters in each bullet point so we have that in our excel file. While importing the file the bullet points do not get imported because that many character entry cannot be written on database but when we reduce the character count to 200, it gets imported successfully. Is there a workaround to this issue to utilise all 500 characters on amazon?

Hello, we have tested some things and the issue disappears when either we disable lazy load feature of Jetpack, or disable Litespeed plugin entirely.

We went with disabling the lazy load feature of Jetpack and use Litespeed’s lazy load feature instead and now the site functions properly and all the images are showing.

Because this is a live site, I cannot create an environment to reproduce the issue for you but the issue is resolved on our end.

The issue continues and as it turns out it is not because of the server but Cloudflare has 100 second timeout itself. The link generated by this plugin for our Facebook product feed takes more than 100 seconds which is why Cloudflare is terminating the connection while Facebook is trying to download the product data file.
