Or another possibility, as we can see in the array that the event-categories are in, would be to assign event-categories to posts – might be simpler…

hello, just a pbl !
I can assign the “post-category” to events, like I used to do with another custom taxonomy, but the pbl is that when we print the array in the calendar page (we want to get a monthly archive page listing events with the ajax monthly navigation on top) we get through printer ($cell_events) we don’t see any custom taxonomy showing up !!!
We need them, either the post-category, or another custom taxonomy because we need to display some associated data (image, some text) linked to another custom post type sharing this taxonomy with the event (there can be only one other custop post type for a taxonomy term).
How can I get to this toxonomy id ?

First one in your page/post content directly in the post/page wordpress editor
Second one in the css file of your theme, or in a field dedicated to customize your theme for custom css !

same warning that is displayed in my events – i’m using all in one calendar plugin –
I guess they have a function that as the same name as file base: TitleFilter() !!!
Any guess how to fix this, or to go back to previous version ?

I’ve tried to change line 663 from $output .= '<a href="' . get_permalink($post) . '">' . $post->post_title . '</a>';
to this $output .= '<a class="' . implode(' ',get_post_class()). '" href="' . get_permalink($post) . '">' . $post->post_title . '</a>';
And I get my classes in the code, but it’s always the same ones from the same post…
any idea why ?

I think I got it !
on a page with custom widget managing activated, if i drag a widget from the available widgets and then i save the page, there is no widgets saved !
but if i drag this time the widget from the inactive widgets lists, then it looks like it is working !!!
I don’t really know what is the difference, but if it works perfect, you have no idea of the success you plugin will have ??

But this is very strange: can you tell me if it is the same for you.
I made a fresh database, i installed a fresh wordpress in english – everything is brand new and clean. no extension installed.
I have 2 widgets on the homepage. and if I look in the wp wordpress widget interface, there are none on the sidebar.
If then I change a static page to the template with the sidebar, I then get the same 2 widgets on the page (archive and meta). Strange isn’t it ?
if then I add a text widget on the sidebar it works fine and the previous 2 initial widgets don’t appear anymore.
So this is one thing to do first, it is like it activates wp widgets management.
then i installed your extension for posts and pages and for main sidebar and footer 1.
I edit a page based on the sidebar template, i select custom in your interface. I take off the text widget that I had set previously and put the calendar widgets instead. I save the widget, i update the page. and then what i get in my browser is again the 2 defautls widgets from the very beginning: archives and meta !!!
Very strange isn’t it ?
I’m sure it is not my mac, it is brand new too.
all of this is with the default theme twenty eleven. and I’m running WP locally using MAMP.
Any idea ?

– I’m using a child theme (under twenty eleven)
– my wordpress install (3.2.1) is in french
