In reply to: [Syncee Collective Dropshipping] Tried it, removed it.I am fully aware plugins have requirements. My point is that it is not hard to do a basic check programmatically for your requirements and notify of any issues that may have been missed.
I have Printful, Printify, and other plugins connecting to sites on this server without issues.
Your support was contacted, and you at first stated you were receiving 500 errors. Both me and my host have reviewed the logs on the server and there were no 500 errors related to your plugin/connection. There were no other types of errors either.
Your support’s final statement was “However, I regret to inform you that our developers have confirmed that they are not able to fix your issue.” and continuing to say the issue has to be on my end, that “can be a code or some settings on your server side (firewall for example), that is affecting the connection between the Syncee plugin and your store”.
I would find it rather odd, though, that anything on my end could be blocking your website, considering your site sent me a final email (hours after I deleted my account) telling me that 2 products made it – meaning it synced a second, out of five, successfully.

In reply to: Default Gallery Showing Full Size Images Instead of ThumbnailsWell, thank you. It was something simple I was overlooking.
I don’t recall setting these to large, though, so no idea why they would end up that way.
Seems _sometimes_ there is a button on the inline block’s menu to select the gallery itself too, which makes it easier to edit the settings on the full gallery/block.

In reply to: [Syncee Collective Dropshipping] Cannot set up pluginI figured out the issue. Even though the site is using https, I overlooked that one of the site’s URLs was still set to http. I fixed that and it is now working.
My opinion, a few if statements or a switch could do a quick check of your common issues, report what needs resolving to the user, and be linked to the admin page to do it. That would prevent having just a mostly blank page shown and save some support topics ??
Thanks for your help and have a great rest of your day!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Can’t easily add required information> our extension requires that you add the brand for each product
And yet my products do not have a brand in them, and everything was synced with no brand to google.> add a brand to your products in bulk, you could export your products to a CSV file, edit it, and re-import it
3rd time is the charm. “no (easy) ways to include it”Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Can’t easily add required informationI’ve updated my review.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Can’t easily add required informationSo, brand has to be entered individually for _every_ product. That still falls under “no (easy) ways to include it” when the exact same thing has to be entered for 100’s of items, with no way to bulk edit it.
Thanks for responding.
I have to say, though, it’s not “easy and convenient” if I have to create a template for *every* shirt I create, then set most of the same information again for every shirt, when your website and plugin are supposed to simply copy the shirts from one platform to another.
There is no reason your plugin would be able to create an item in WooCommerce, but not put my portion of the description and the image in place, unless you have a code issue.
And, I have contacted your support chat, they stated they have escalated the issue to you, and I am waiting to hear back.
1) The only plugins activated are yours, Jetpack, Akismet, and a few WooCommerce plugins – their plugins, like payments, etc.
2) I may be misunderstanding here. Do you not have access to any developer information for Etsy, so you’re going to just abandon the plugin?1) I do not have a login to your site, so there is no way for me to log in and view the ticket. When all I received is a 404 page, I assumed that the question was deleted. But, your system allowing a ticket to be created that the person creating it loses the ability to view it is not the point, because…
2) I received your response via email, and replied. I checked a couple days later, and see that it came [email protected]. Thus my question of “Do you not get (response) emails to notifications [at] rextheme …?” As your response shows, it seems you do *not* get emails at that email address and it is just the second method of contact you have that has failed.Do you not get (response) emails to notifications [at] rextheme …?

In reply to: [Rencontre - Dating Site] Nothing happens….?> Do you have members ?
I have the two initial users that were created, and imported the test users and photos provided.> Did you follow para SEXTO of the installation page ?
This appears to be the issue…? I assumed that a logged in admin user would have information showing. Creating an account makes and logging in with it makes the interface show. And, I assumed the code for non-logged in users:
<?php if(!is_user_logged_in()) Rencontre::f_rencontreSearch(); ?>
would display when I was not logged in… It seems to do nothing.> You should use only one method : Shortcode or PHP. Not both.
The two were in different pages.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Looking for a User Managed Directory Add-onTo clarify, *all* users should be able to make or suggest changes to *all* listings. Basically, a social directory. No one would “own” and manage a single listing, like most of the existing add-ons.
Are you all also using Simple Facebook Connect?
There seems to be a conflict going on there, but the SFC guy simple says it’s not his fault, everyone else is doing it wrong, and marks the issue as resolved.
Forgive me if I seem out of line, but that’ the most unhelpful answer I’ve heard in some time.
From what I’ve seen so far, your plug-in is the only one causing issues, and you apparently aren’t doing what a majority of others are. Wouldn’t that tend to make people think *you’re* doing it wrong?
I would have to assume there is some simple fix, perhaps setting some form of priority to change the order of plug-in processing, or something. Perhaps if you made these types of suggestions, and even added a support post on your site about it, it would make me want to say thank you and recommend your plug-in, instead of what I’m considering.
