Last questions:

For the design of the pages there are:

-excerpt only
-full post
-first post full, rest as excerpts

1) Is the design able to have half a post + excerpts? Or two half posts + excerpts like this page?: https://www.howsweeteats.com/crumbs/ (Or is this simply a different kind of design that is not currently available?)

2) I’ve selected “excerpt only” for both the homepage as well as category/archive page, however, when I look at “Entrees”, a category in the recipe menu, the posts appear as full posts instead of excerpts, solutions? https://italicanakitchen.com/category/entrees/

3) I would like to create a new page called “Slice of Life” that will be located next to the home page. Also, here I would like to have excerpts on the page like the homepage but when I create a “new page” I don’t see options to choose the layout. Could you direct me to where I can update this?

Hello, Thank you for your quick response. I didn’t modify any code (I’m not that tech savvy). I just updated the theme and now the header is positioned correctly! ?? Thank you for resolving this problem!! I truly appreciate your fast help. Now I just need to figure out the color issue as from my lap top the header/background colors are the same and from my ipad and iphone the header color is neon green. If anything comes to mind, let me know otherwise I’ll try to do some research. Thanks again!!

Ok, perfect. What do I need to do to ensure that my customized work isn’t lost when I upgrade? (Header/background) Or, can I just click the upgrade button and it will retain everything?

The color issue is strange. I’ll look into it.

I just uploaded the screenshot taken on my iphone to imur: https://imgur.com/yWzgdBo

I’ve cut out the white space on either side of the header image, but in the mobile phone view it shows it still as being too big. On my laptop and ipad, it is the correct dimensions.

Also, on my laptop the “italicana kitchen” text color in the header image is the same as the background image (that’s where we took the color); however, on the ipad and iphone the color shows up as almost a neon green like you see in the screenshot. Solutions?
