For your last question, in our test website (I recorded with), We do not use that for our mobile app, Which means it does not happen by API-call from the app.

It is possible by chance to do us a favor and make the previous version of Cocart(before the session handler) compatible with the new version of woocommerce?

I just thought it might the problem caused by the session handler and syncing problem for some users depended on browsers or internet speed, OS, …

I just change the website language, Also hide out-of-stock items. So you can test easily.

I also, record another video to explain the problems. hope it’s useful and you find out the problem.

And again, If I disable Cocart, All the problem solved.

I just disable all plugins except Woocommerce and Cocart and also, install the default WordPress theme on our test website, and then try again, unfortunately, all the problems still exists.

Its might because of Woocommerce’s new update or something, you can check your own.

We also find some other problem like:

– can’t remove a product from the cart (happened sometimes)
– All items removed from cart when adding a new item to cart (happened sometimes).

I try to use the previous version of Cocart (before the session handler) but unfortunately, it seems the previous versions of Cocart doesn’t compatible with a new version of Woocommerce. So we decided to temporarily disable the Cart service from our mobile app to find a solution.

Hope this report can help and also, hope you can help us to solve the problem.

After adding a product to the cart, You can see Woocommerce Add to cart success message, which means every six items added to the cart successfully but after visiting the cart I just see four products.

Unfortunately, we also did not notice this problem for a long time because it happens sometimes for customers. But after customers complained a lot about it and drop the orders, after inspecting all of the plugins we figure out the problem caused by cocart.

I also tried to remove all sessions, carts from System Status -> Tools and sync carts, But no luck.

I just trying synce Carts also Clear all cart sessions.

The problem still persists.

I can send a screen record from the problem to check or send you the admin detail for the future consideration

We just use cocart for our android app and we do not use it for website.
the website use default woocommerce cart (php) version.

But it seems updating to Cocart to new version cause some conflict with woocommerce default cart.

It was a beginner version of the plugin (1.0.7).

i just placed “taxonomy-pwb-brand.php” in the root of my theme and now it work like a charm ??

yes but the plugin not work!
i update the last version, but quantity not work and refresh the page.
