After a quick test I noticed that https://solutionvtc.fr/ticket-incident/jssupportticket/myticket and https://solutionvtc.fr/ticket-incident/jssupportticket/addticket pages (plugin JS support) become also unavailable, but for pages, all is good.

For the test with the theme, I’ve finaly just tested and it didn’t worked …

Edit : I’ve found the probleme. I was absolutely sure to Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

I hope this solution will help other idiots like me who go a little fast! ??

Sorry for the bad review, I was angry not to find the answer to my problem.

I’ve try that but I’ll try again tomorrow (that’s night here lol), I spent all of my day on this issue, I prefer to do it with a clear head to do no stupidity…

Edit : I finally found how to change my note of plugin! I would change depending on the progress of my problem. ??

Edit2 : Finally, I could not wait until tomorrow and I just tried again with another theme (twenty fourteen) and modify a product but the same problems persist and no idea how it is done.

I just noticed that indeed, this also affects my normal pages … Any idea what causes this!

What I already try:

Permalinks change, .htaccess Change (since restored), WooCommerce completely remove, disable all plugins except WooCommerce (nothing has changed) and activate one by one to try (no change either) and I have to mention that some manipulation I did but in any case, nothing has changed …

Sorry for my bad English, I got one hosting on https://obambu.com and one other hosting on a VPS SSD OVH, I created a WordPress on my VPS to migrate the site https://temporaire.webevo.fr/vitrine/logiciel-site-vtc/ (on Obambu) to https://solutionvtc.fr. I easily backup (80MB) but when importing that notice me “Restoring database …” to infinity and not moving. I’m stuck and do not know how to finish the migration.

When I try to go on the administration after this, I get an error 500. If I disable the plugins in the database to try, they are 4 that do not work (lack of basic pieces of data) (woocommerce doesn’t work after that, and i lose my 80 product …).

I do not know how to fix this and your plugin seems the only way to help me because when I try to transfer the site manually, the database tells me an error “Unknown collation ‘utf8mb4_unicode_ci”.

Could you please help me ?
