I used the wp rollback plugin.
you can also download the zip file from a previous version https://github.com/impress-org/givewp/releases and in WordPress go to add plugin – upload plugin and upload it there and it will install the old version.
(can’t say what happens to any plugin db updates if there are any in 3.15 but it worked for me)I figured out what was causing this,
It was caused by not adding a quantity and just adding the price to the invoice,
Once I added the quantity it saved.I see this was added.
Thanks!!@jasonbest sure, Sorry for the delayed response.
You can DM me here with contact details.
@arsalantariq sorry for not updating earlier,
I ended up figuring out the issue.
It was not the plugin, but my server security policy by modsecurity was blocking it.
ThanxI am running into the same issue on a brand new site install.
This turned out to be a conflict with another plugin using the
apply_filters( 'the_title'
being called once or something.
Fixed it in the other plugin’s code.
Not sure if it’s something the GiveWP devs want to look into as well.- This reply was modified 3 years ago by chabadrichmond.
Thank you,
Looks like the currency gateway does some of what I am looking for, It does not seem to have the functionality where I can have 1 form, and if the person selects currency A They can only checkout with gateway A but if they choose currency B they can only checkout with currency B (Maybe it does and I’m missing something)Regarding the email and receipt I do not have a workaround.
The reason I wanted this is that I am looking into this for a not for profit registered as a 501C3 in the US as well as a registered charity in Canada, They wanted donations in USD to receive a US tax deductible receipt with US IRS tax language and if they choose the Canadian Currency the donor will receive a CAD Tax Receipt with Canadian CRA tax Language. Not sure if it’s possible and I am sure there is not a big need for it but would be helpful for us.
Thank you
@matheusfd Thank you for responding so clearly.
I would like to give each donation level a name (example gold, platinum, silver etc.) so I would like the donor to be able to see the level they chose without a floating label (I am wondering if I can switch it around and have the label be the level and the amount floating).
For now we have not found a workaround and we are just using the standard form for this.
Thank you
@matheusfd thank you for your reply.
That is not exactly what I am looking for.
Say for example I would like to have three levels of donors
1 is platinum donors with 3 options, $10,000, $8,000 and $5,000
Than on the next line have another level call Gold donors which would be $4,000, $2,000 and $1,000
And on the third line have silver donors where there will be the lower 3 option and custom amount option.
(something like that…)@webdevmattcrom Thank you for your response.
Yes, I tested it in troubleshooting mode and it seems to be connected to the theme (since any twenty twenty works fine with all the plugins activated).
The theme I am using is https://wphoot.com/themes/unos/Thank you
Thank you,
I’m not sure why it should not be a general setting and not a gateway specific option…
I guess for now I’ll look into the form field manager to add the billing fields. (problem with that is that it does not get added as billing details on the donor profile and just as custom fields, any way around that?)This is not specific to the theme he is using since I am having the same issue as this as well on my site.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Problems with Iphone@marcos1991 I would edit the description to issues with Safari browser (and possibly specify multi-step donation form unless you are having issues with the standard form as well)

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Problems with IphoneI am seeing the same issue on my side where safari on mac and iPhone the multi step donation form does not display correctly but on other browsers it seems to be just fine.
