Could you please test something for me:

1. Log in as a customer and got to the accounts page.
2. right click on the print button and choose ‘open in new tab’.
3. copy the url of the tab and paste it in here (Don’t forget to rename the domain to ie example.com before posting)
4. Do the same thing for the admin user

Sorry that I’m a little stubborn here but I can’t support you. You are paying the plugin author but are asking me to make the work.

Getting back on that issue:

Did you copy the css file to the woocommerce templates folder inside your theme? If yes, you need to update your css styles for the table colums. Otherwise temporarly delete the css and see if it works.

Do you load a custom css file via functions.php? If yes you need to check that the table column styles are correct. You can also temporarly deactivate those functions and see if it works.

Sorry I can’t, I would have to buy the plugin to find out the names.

But you are paying for customer support. It would be best to ask them if they could build in support in a future version. Or at least give you the exact names.

oh, i just saw that you said 4.1.2 to 4.1.3. well that is weird, but i think the advice above should fix that too.

you first have to delete/remove the plugin and the reinstall the latest version.

@stefsternyc version 4.1.4 includes a fix. could you please tell me if it is working for you?

btw: i couldn’t reproduce your issue with variation on my test server. could test that too?

thanks for the feedback. the function that generates the output is always the same, it just gets called multiple times when you bulk print orders. i’ve double checked the code and can’t find any problem. it is difficult to find out how to solve your issue because i on my test server everything works fine.

the function just uses the $order->customer_note property and $order is just a normal WC_Order instance.

did you test to disable other plugins? are you sure there is no other code in the functions.php that could change something?

@et-alia thanks for the screenshot. did you copy any css file to your woocommerce templates folder? or do you use some custom css function for the print template in your functions.php?
