I’m looking soley for a chat program for my site.

Would you recommend CometChat for that or your plugin if I’m only looking for chat capability?

For those who may have the same question – there is a grid view available but only in the “Denali” theme that is made by the plugin developers of WP-Property.

Thanks for your response Marco and for the powerful plugin.

It’s my understanding that the “Enable email confirmation” will send an email to the user who registered to confirm their email address.

I probably wasn’t clear in my question – but I am wondering if there is a way for the Administrator of the site to have to “Approve” each registered user before their Username and Password is valid to log onto my site. Essentially, a user registers, Admin receives an email, they “approve” the user, then the user gets an email stating their Username, Password, etc.

Not saying it has to be that way – but that’s what I used in Register Plus Redux before it was removed.

Is this functionality available currently or am I missing an option?

In the past, I have used “Register Plus Redux” but I see this is no longer offered from the Plugin Repository unfortunately. One I am currently looking at is “Theme my Login”. Hope this helps!

Altairelectronics – if you are looking to simply remove the search box in the header – comment out (or you can delete – but safer to comment out) the sections provided above in the header.php file and it will be gone. This what you’re looking for?

This issue is now resolved. The problem is if you only enter the HTML code necessary to get the streaming to work – the footer disappears. However – when I entered some text for the WordPress page, such as “Please view the live stream below”, along with the HTML code, then the footer reappeared, which also allowed the WP Symposium plugin to reappear as well. Maybe this is helpful for someone in the future!

Thank you for your reply. I tried the steps listed, such as deactiving plugins, and nothing was different. For whatever reason – the HTML entered causes the footer and plugin to disappear. I’m assuming if I can get the footer to reappear – so will the plugin – or vice versa. Does anyone know of a “short code” I need to enter after the HTML to get that to reappear?

Thank you zoonini for taking the time to assist. I made the changes, as well as several others in the style.css – and as you can see from my web site – https://www.chaddahlberg.com – the width is increased – but several other formatting is wrong, such as:
-Header not displaying full from left to right of screen width
-Footer not displaying full from left to right of screen width
-Widget and body section not taking the full screen width
-In widget section, vertical line displaying in title of widget

I tried this and it originally worked ok. After I went back into my site a few hours later – when I go into the Plugin – on the “Home” tab – in the “Menu Contents” section – I was previously able to drag and drop the sections as needed (between Main Menu items, Second Menu items, and Inactive Items). However – now I cannot. Have you had this happen before or do you have any suggestions mheltone?

Thank you mheltone for this suggestion – that fixed the spacing. A couple other questions – if you don’t mind.

1.) Is there a way to get the horizonal page bar to go across 2 rows – in case I continue to add additional pages and run out of room on one row? This isn’t a big deal either way – but thought I’d ask.

2.) With the Parent/Child relationship I setup – when you hover over “Auctions” across the top row, it should display below that “Test Auction” – as you can see by my Page widget on the left. Any ideas how to get these “children” to appear below the parent when hovering over it – as I see on other web sites?
