For right now, my client has accepted the issue, and they are going through and reviewing the project next week so we can get it live. They don’t want me to delay the launch by testing and fixing all the pages now.

I have not found a resolution to this and Mindbody refuses to acknowlede the issue, they keep telling me to reach a developer and have them put the code in properly. Haha, what a joke. I have sent them video’s and screenshots of the issue and asked them to forward to their development team. I relaid the pages out and turned changed the sticky header to show on scroll up. SiteOrigin was trying to help with a workaround to stop the page jump, and I was trying all types of things and forgot to pull that back out. I am open to any ideas you may have but for now I think I have exhausted my efforts with Mindbody, they are not going to address it.

Hi @aapc,

Interesting that you are not seeing the issue. I do not have it resolved, and don’t think I will. We have determined that this is an issue with the new Mindbody widget. We even put together an HTML page https://coastalfitness.wdywpreview.com/test.html to display the issue outside of WordPress and Kadence to try to prove to them the issue is in their widget but am not having much luck with them. Thanks. I started with Mindbody and then went to Kadence through my Pro Support channels and Kadence said to go to Mindbody and Minbody said it was a Kadence or WP Issue, not theirs.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will get back with him. I actually did not post in their forum. The plugin settings had their email address in it and to contact that way so I did. I will let you know if they come back with anything else.

Thanks for getting back to me on this. That is so crazy but seems to have worked on a few that I tried, have hundreds more to do so I will let you know if I have any more issues but I think the \ before the / did the trick.

Great and thank you. I got it all working now except for the images displaying with the review. I will put a fresh set of eyes on it tomorrow, I am sure I am overlooking something so I can get it fixed.

This is interesting. I have Kadence Site Kit deactivated, I have disabled all WooCommerce Shop options in the theme extensions etc. There should not be anything left. When I have your setting set to WooCommerce under visual style I see the form with the upload image button. If I switch to CusRev visual style the form goes away and then I see customer images at the top. Is there something specific you are seeing that is preventing your plugin to work properly so I can ask the theme developer

My apologies. I was using that for Kadence Shop Kit for something else and did not realize Reviews was enabled. I do have it disabled now as well as having the plugin off completely. If I have the visual style of your plugin set to WooCommerce I have the form with photo upload options but the photos do not display. If I switch to CusRev then I get the Images, reviews display in reverse order and the form disappears.

I am not seeing the result. I have it installed on both https://discountvitaminshop.com/ and https://webdesignsyourway.net/

On Discount I do see the pop-up page and no logo and on the Web Designs site I do not see either.
