No, I mean I have the exact issue as the original poster. Emails aren’t responsive. If you make them look nice and legible for a desktop environment, then they are too small to be read on a mobile device. Forcing you to use very large font sizes that look far too large on a desktop.

Same issue. Emails in mobile are not responsive. You have the make the font size ridiculously large to make them readable on a mobile device, so they end up looking very odd when viewed on a desktop.

I just reactivated Booster and it seemed to work this time. But that might be a cached file issue since I had it deactivated for a while. I’ll try again later.

Nevermind, I figured out what happened. Shortpixel had modified the original watermark image file to where it wasn’t a compatible .png file. Uploaded a new one that wasn’t compressed and it works.

Is there a method to see which version of GD is installed on the server?

Completely random. It’s happened several times to various customers in completely different locations.

It appears they were using Credit Card. I’ve since had several more orders that went through without issue, so not sure what might have caused that.

It’s possible my caching plugin update could have caused it. But I did notice if I disable NGINX Direct Delivery on my server, the water marked photos appear.

Had this issue come up again today. Modified an order for a customer. Changed order to pending payment, sent them the customer payment link. He got the following error.

Seems like there’s got to be a cleaner solution for this.

I believe it was via the customer payment page.
