Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: 5.2.3 and Woocommerce IssueIt’s not. It’s any plugin.
After some more digging, the problem is getting even more strange. It’s as if I activate more than 2 plugins the site does this. Doesn’t seem to matter what plugins. At first I thought it was Woo, because when I activated it that’s what happened, but now it’s any plugins.
It appears to be completely random. Sometimes I can activate just one plugin, sometimes 3, sometimes 2. But at some point it just goes back into that error mode. No pattern that I can detect, doesn’t seem to matter what plugin is selected.
BTW, I’m getting Product backorder/out of stock emails, so the email system is working, just not for new orders.
Well, still not working. It worked with a manual order, but not other orders placed on the website.
Disregard, it worked that time (manual order). For some reason, I had two orders from last evening, and this morning that never sent emails. I’ll keep an eye on it.
Hmmmm….
I have the email set up correctly for new orders. Status set to On-hold. I just created a manual order, but haven’t received anything.
We do have the email notifications set. Only change was the change to this plugin.
Order status is set to on hold.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Editing authorized ordersAh, guessing my custom order status isn’t allowing it. Guess I should go back to on hold as the status.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Order Status Not ChangingThe filters seem to be above my skill level. I can’t even find what file that link is referring to in the edit plugins.
As a feature recommendation I’d have options for what order status for authorized orders, as well as captured order.
Our work flow is Received->(capture payment if legit)->Processing->Completed (our shipping site automatically sets orders to complete).

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Order Status Not ChangingI’m not quite understanding you. There’s an option under the payment types for what order status to set once payment is complete. I’ve tried “On Hold” as well as a custom order type “Received” and neither work. It always sets to processing. This is with the Transaction set to “authorize”
