SCAM “upgrade”

I’ve been emailing and requesting support for at least six months now with no meaningful help (they asked for UN/PW to login to my site because they couldn’t “replicate” the problem I was having). I purchased the upgrade for the sole purpose of keeping me from having to cut and paste testimonials into a csv file for use with other marketing endeavors. Complete waste of time and money.

I requested a refund. No response.
