We’ve disabled the function for assigning of user role( especially with administrative capabilities ) in the profile form due to security vulnerability issues reported in previous versions. We are not responsible for any security vulnerability issue that it may revive with the above custom Ultimate Member extension from third-party developers.

Could you please tell us what version of Ultimate Member you’re using on your site? The latest version is 2.3.1.

Also, does this issue occur when leaving UM as the only active plugin?

We have the same order of Age Brackets options and it perfectly follows the order of the options as a filter in the Member Directory. Did you try using the new code snippet?
