yes, i use different templates for my individual archives, category archives, my contact form, index page, and linkblog.

i changed to the link rel version and wp seems to be working fine.

you’re going to have to hack the function that controls whatever is outputting the paged uri. i don’t know what function you’re trying to use, so i can’t give you any specifics.
i use clean uri’s for my paged category archives. i had to hack the vBulletin Style Page Navigation hack to get what i want.

well it depends. if you’re applying multiple categories to a link entry and you’re not storing your links in category 1, then the else portion would display the entries in the links category. if your links only have one category, the links category, then the entries in the links category wouldn’t be displayed by the else statement.

the image manager in firefox 0.8 doesn’t seem to be enabled, so yes disabling images will affect the whole browser. just re-enable images once you leave the wp forums to view images at other sites.
