Hi Amy, thanks for your answer. I appreciate the reasoning. It’s just that I think it would be better to include the need for CF7 in the description. I wouldn’t have downloaded and installed the plugin if I had known the CF7 issue.

Hi Bas, sorry for late reply. I moved on with other projects and kind of forgot this one until I started working on it again. The (current) Mailpoet version is 3.49.1
I am using your premium plugin but the problem is also with the free version. Both latest versions.

Hi Odyno,

I am using the Rise theme from Thrive Themes. If I change back to the standard WordPress 2016 theme the plugin works like expected. So probably there is a compatibility issue. Too bad because I really like the simplicity of your plugin!

Als het alleen om een formulier gaat zijn er heel veel oplossingen.. Maar ik heb het gevoel dat er toch wel iets speciaals gevraagd wordt met ‘gradaties’. Op basis van wat je geschreven hebt kan ik je geen antwoord geven. Ik weet te weinig van wat je wilt bereiken.

Mijn fout. Ik ging ervan it dat het over een andere plugin ging (Appointments+) omdat ik daar gereageerd had. Ik was deze plugin helemaal vergeten…. Destijds heb ik ernaar gekeken en wel een mooie survey opgezet maar ik heb toen besloten het via GetResponse te doen omdat ik dan de opvolging veel makkelijker kon doen. Ik kan je dus niet helpen.

I am sorry. There’s no documentation available for this plugin. It takes some effort and carefully reading and following the instructions given while implementing the plugin.
