In reply to: Can't find a staging site solution that retains an existing siteThanks for this! I’ll give it a try. I have already installed WP in a subdirectory.

Brilliant! Thanks. I thought I tried every combination I could but I didn’t have that second one with the ul li written like that.

I’ve tried the above code snippets and none of them work. Neither the alignment nor the line (which doesn’t bother me). Any idea how I can move the icons to the left and put more space between them? https://blog.stratamp.com/
I have tried every possible combination of classes or id’s in the source code of the page. The only one that does anything is the individual anchor class name – which is numbered, so it can’t be used because it only affects one set of icons on the page.
I don’t know when this memory requirement changed because I just started using jetpack. Did you check with your service provider? Make sure the memory limit in your vhost.conf file is 64 MB.
Also, I see another update – 2.0 – was released 5 days ago.
Hope that helps. It worked for me.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Jetpack WP 1.9 & WPSEO 1.2.8.7 ConflictI found the answer here:
To summarize: j_simon said in the above post:
older servers with ubuntu have a default of 16MB, newer of 32MB, and jetback seems to overrun that now. Usually setting the memory_limit variable to something higher should work…
I sent his error log to my service and they responded:
You are correct in your assumption, I am seeing similar php memory errors in your error_log: I have added a vhost.conf file for the blog subdomain to raise the memory limit to 64 MB.

j_simon was correct. I contacted Rackspace and sent them your error log info. Their response was:
You are correct in your assumption, I am seeing similar php memory errors in your error_log: I have added a vhost.conf file for the blog subdomain to raise the memory limit to 64 MB.
FYI for anyone else who has this issue.
Thanks j_simon
CharlesIm using the Responsive Theme and our company uses Rackspace for hosting so I can’t imagine that there is any PHP 35MB limit on our server.
I also posted the problem here because a search brought me to the same problem last week (and interestingly Jetpack immediately issued an upgrade that “solved” the problem).
Let me know what you figure out. I’d really like to use Jetpack but at the moment it’s impossible.
I should have clarified, This problem occurs when any one the above plugins is installed – not all of them. Any idea if anything else could be causing this?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Jetpack WP 1.9 & WPSEO 1.2.8.7 ConflictUpdate. Having all kinds of problems with conflicts with other plugins. Attempts to activate jetpack with other plugins like google analytics, wordpress SEO, social-metrics, etc. creates a blank screen – very annoying. I’ve uploaded and deleted it countless times over the last 2 days.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Jetpack WP 1.9 & WPSEO 1.2.8.7 ConflictI’m having the same problem with All In One SEO pack or Ultimate SEO – as soon as I activate either of these with Jetpack I get a blank Plugins screen. I have delete them via FTP. And, yes I just installed the Jetpack 1.9.2 release from Oct. 30th and deactivated Jetpack – it didn’t make any difference.
