I was using an iPhone 7 plus (safari & chrome – both caches cleared) and a Nexus 6P (chrome – cache cleared). The menu renders correctly now – because I reinstalled 2.3. I will try the 2.4 upgrade later.
Thanks for your reply!
The plugin is really simple & easy to use. Cudos!
Hello again,
I uninstalled 2.4 and reinstalled 2.3. The mobile menu is showing again. I took screen captures of the 2.4 settings. Comparing them to the 2.3 settings, it appears that as a default in 2.4, under General Options/Advanced Options, the “.nav”, “.main-navigation” & “.genesis-nav.menu” are selected as Hidden items.
I suspect this may be what is causing the menu items to be hidden. I won’t be able to upgrade again until later, but perhaps @inapan will be able to confirm this.

Hello Takanakui,
Thanks for your prompt reply. I can see the side menu in your preview, however when I look at the site on a smartphone, the fly out action, the background color & dimension shows properly, but the menu items are not showing.
Thanks for your help.

This may be what Matt is asking – If there are multiple taxonomies to be be queried against, but a user only selects one of the three, how can the other two be excluded from the results?
For example, if each drop down taxonomy had it’s default set to the taxonomy’s label, and only when the user moved it to an actual value would it be included in the search query.
See “Find a Provider” row that uses your old “Advanced WP Search Query”
