In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Pagination issue with Post Limits PluginThanks Rob,
I’m not sure why – but as best as I can see, it does look like the pagination is working correctly now… The only thing I can think of is that at some point in trying to resovle the other issue I was having, I think I may have changed back to the Default Page Template from the Default Events Template…
The main thing is it appears to be working now ??
Cheers
John
Hi Rob,
I got round this in the end by changing the Custom Menu widget for a text widget and all is working correctly now…
Not quite sure why the Custom Menu widget was causing the issue, but having found a suitable workaround I didn’t see the point in wasting lots of time trying to fix the actual cause…
Cheers for the offer of the beta code – I may take you up on that down the line, but for the moment I’m happy to plod along with the current release, but I am looking forward to seeing what improvements there are in 2.1…
I’d also like to say thanks for a great add-on to wordpress – as it stands the free version is absolutely perfect for my needs ??
Update – After further investigation, I’ve found that this isn’t specifically the dynamic_sidebar, but is actually being caused by one specific widget in the dynamic sidebar – namely the Custom Menu widget…
I’m going to attempt to add a 2nd sidebar to the right to see whether it allows the gridview to work while still making the widget available and will update accordingly – however, if anyone comes up with a fix in the meantime, please feel free to advise…
Cheers
Oh and I forgot to say – I’m also using WordPress 3.3.1
