Is there a way to find out what images are not in use?

As Kathryn said above an image can be “unattached” in WordPress terms and still in use in a post or page, so deleting unattached images is not the right way to find images that are not in use.

combinemarketing – I read in other threads that you can install an older version of WP Customer Reviews and they will come back. However I already had copied and pasted all of my reviews by pulling them up the archived testimonial page @ https://archive.org/web/

Same issue, my titles are now smaller than the review itself.

I didn’t want to use a back up because I don’t know how far back I lost my reviews, but I was able to retrieve them from: https://web.archive.org/ I still had to copy and paste, but at least I was able to get them back.

Same issue….I added a new review to make sure the plugin was working, which it is, but I lost all of my original reviews. I saw on another thread to add [WPCR_INSERT] within the page, which I did, but that didn’t make a difference.

For some reason the suggestion here did not work for me, I lost all of my reviews. Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it?

I have the same exact issue, recently updated my theme and plugins and for some reason this plugin deactivated itself and when I activated it all of my reviews were gone.

My pictures/galleries are backed up and I can see them in filezilla, but I don’t know where to put them.

I tried creating a new gallery in NextGen and it keeps redirecting me to my homepage. I disabled all of my other plugins and tried creating a new gallery and once again it redirected me to my homepage. This is what was originally happening and why I deleted and reinstalled the plugin in the first place.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m experiencing the same issue, but this plugin is conflicting with the Formidable Plugin. Is there a solution?
