Thank you Ken for your response! I have been at this for hours!!!! Unfortunately I am not missing a step. When I hit the button view post I can see the image on the blog but then when I close out it is not on the blog. It is such a mystery! It does however show up when I click featured image. That would be fine for a temporary solution but if I have more than one image that will not work:(
