I see that the site isn’t suspended anymore, would you still like us to transfer those subscribers?
Can you please try deactivating and deleting Jetpack entirely, and then trying to reinstall it?
To remove Jetpack, you can FTP into your site and delete the folder wp-content/plugins/jetpack. (If you’re not sure how to do this, ask your hosting company for help.)
After that’s done, you can reinstall Jetpack by following these instructions:
It sounds like a previous installation attempt failed, but didn’t get cleaned up so the folder is still there. Could you login to your site via FTP/SFTP or the file manager in your host’s admin panel and delete the Jetpack folder in wp-content/plugins?
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with, and have an awesome Thursday!

In reply to: WordPress running slowI took a look at the site and it seems that the server is just really slow to respond to the first request, around 10-15 seconds in my testing. If there’s no more optimization that your host can help you with, it might be worth looking into alternative hosting companies that offer better performance.

In reply to: HTTP errorIt sounds like the HTTP error has something to do with either your browser or host timing out on the upload of large files.
As for uploading via FTP, just navigate to the wp-content/uploads folder and drill down to the current year and month and whatever you upload there will appear in your Media Library.
