Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain myself properly.

It’s not the urls that are the issue, it’s the page title for each project in the portfolio.

eg. The portfolio is placed on a page titled “Portfolio”

The projects open in new posts/pages but the page titles for those posts/pages are not editable so the projects take on the same page title as the parent page “portfolio”.

My portfolio has 40+ projects in and each one is sharing the same page title being “portfolio”. This is an SEO issue as it creates duplicate page titles for different pages/projects.

Thanks for the response. I managed to figure this out.

I wanted certain widgets (eg widget 1) to display on EDD pages.
In addition I also wanted certain widgets (eg widget 2) to display everywhere except for EDD pages.

Unfortunately nothing i tried worked so I eneded up using a different widget logic plugin which acommplished teh above via selection instead of manually written logic codes.

I’ve figured out how to get widgets on EDD pages using ( get_post_type() == 'download' )

But I can’t fugure out how to get widgets “not” to display on EDD pages.

I’ve tried every conditional tag possible incombination with “!”, but with no joy.

Any tips from anyone would be appreciated.

Thanks.I’ve setup a test page here highlighting the problem.

The first item (Safeserve) has a big gap below it. And then some of the following items in the left hand column have teh same big gap. The items with gaps will vary according to the order of items but in general its always items on the left that has the problem (but not always all items on the left).

This also happens with any sort of masonry style layout ie. even the tiled layout with uneven image spaces.

After loading several items into the gallery, the problem seems to persist through several different items which are in column one throughout the gallery.

If I swicth to a tiled and use a masonry looking layout, the same problem persists.

If I change the CSS of the size of the columns eg width greater then 50% then the layout becomes one column but the gap issue goes away.

Still trying to figure it out.
Any tips would be appreciated.

In some cases yes. Ins ome cases no. But either way its being pretty random. If we put !Important sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

SOLVED:
I made the profile area wider and the text showed up!

If I’ve understood correctly then I beleive you can do the above as you wish.

Setup yor roles as you have done and then you can specify which user/roles have access to specific pages on each page itself.

eg. Create a new page and in the right hand bar you’ll see access settings which can be set so more then one user role can be set to view or not view that content.
