Thanks so much for your answer. But that is exactly the point I was making: it works only WITHOUT the slash. You can try for yourself and see that the UTM_SOURCE is saved in cookies when you DON’T have the slash (which is against the spec).

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed, multiple levels are not supported on the WordPress plugin. If you are interested in it, please suggest and vote for this feature on our user forum: https://checklist.com/feedback/ . We drive our product development map from the forum.

What you can also do is create the checklist as a template (see https://checklist.com/templates) and then embed it on your site.

The idea behind our plugin is to allow authors to share useful checklists that their visitors can turn into interactive checklists to work with.

In any case, the visitors cannot make changes to the checklists. Only authors/ editors of WordPress can do that.

Thanks for your feedback. I have looked at the page and it seems that you have a css directive which is causing your checkboxes to be very wide. The fault is here:
input, select, textarea {
border: 1px solid #ddd;
color: #888;
padding: 9px 10px;
width: 100%; <—— You should remove this
box-sizing: border-box;
}

What you can also do, is add to your theme css the following:
.checklist-box input[type=”checkbox”]{
width: initial;
}
