In reply to: [NS Cloner - Site Copier] Japanese translationHi,
Would you prefer the PO/MO or a spreadsheet with the details?
Where would I send the requested format?
Hi NS,
Thanks for your reply. I want to update you on the general setup and also add some screen shots for you as perhaps there are some more layers that are in play.
1. The site is a network running in sub-folder mode. (Not sub-domain).
2. I’m also running on a local installation and seeing the same issues. (Local version is (4.7.7)
3. The network is set to default Japanese language.
4. The clone site is also set to Japanese.
5. The installation is running on mysql 5.6.30 and the DB is utf8mb4When I enter the blog name with a dash in it, the following message appears:
サイト名には半角英字の小文字 (a-z) と半角数字のみを含められます。

(Google translate:
The site name can contain lowercase letters (a – z) and half – width numbers only. )I haven’t yet tried the filter code you’ve linked to and will do so, but wanted to show the error and how it’s manifesting itself in my case.
Thanks. Your prompt reply and support is really appreciated and commendable.
Chris
Hi,
I’ve installed the latest version of the plugin on my WordPress (Multisite).
With the plugin inactive, I’ve created 2 normal ‘Administrator’ users.
When I log in using one of these accounts, I click on ‘Users’ and can see the other Administrator account in the list.As soon as I activate the plugin, I can no longer see the other Administrator account in the users list.
As I understand it, because I’ve created 2 standard Administrator accounts, I should be able to see the other user (this isn’t a custom role I’ve created…)
I’d really appreciate any pointers you have as to why I can’t see these users?
Chris
Many thanks for coming back to me and clarifying this.
Can you also confirm that there is no way this feature can be ‘turned off’?
Or whether you’d consider adding an option to a future release that allows admin users to be seen by other admin users?Chris
Is it expected that, in a multi-site WordPress install, the User Role Editor plugin prevents a sub-site administrator from being able to see the other administrators on that sub-site?
The standard multi-site install allows sub-site admins to see other admins on that sub-site but once the User Role Editor plugin is activated at the Network level, the other administrators disappear from the list.
