In reply to: [HubSpot - CRM, Email Marketing, Live Chat, Forms & Analytics] No chat boxAh I see, have you tried in a different browser? Would you mind sharing what browser you are using and I can try to reproduce on my side and see what the issue is?

In reply to: [HubSpot - CRM, Email Marketing, Live Chat, Forms & Analytics] No chat boxHey @socialogles
Wasn’t able to reproduce this on my side. Had a look at your website just now and I can see the live chat widget loading. Let me know if you still see this issue persisting.
If so, would you be able to share a screenshot of the issue and capture the output of your network log by generating a HAR file. Instructions for how to do that here. Hopefully your issue is now resolved but if not I am happy to look into this further for you!

Conor HeffernanHi Andrew,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I am not sure that I am fully understanding. Could you possibly provide more details about what you are trying to accomplish? Are you trying to create a contact in the HubSpot CRM for a user without them filling out a form or do you want to track page views for users who are not a contact in the CRM?
Hopefully I can be of more assistance once I understand the problem better.

In reply to: [HubSpot - CRM, Email Marketing, Live Chat, Forms & Analytics] CSS changesHi @trixox,
it is possible to do this directly in the HubSpot forms app. When editing the form, go to Style and preview your form. Here you will see an option for the GDPR text, you can edit the font size here.
Let me know if this does not have the desired effect.

Conor HeffernanHi @kelz784,
Apologies for the duplicate response above. As this thread has been inactive for a couple of days, I am going to mark this issue as resolved. If you are still experiencing some difficulty, you can reach me on the email included above or respond on this thread again.
Thank you again for reaching out, I do hope I was able to assist you in resolving your problem.
Kind regards,
Conor HeffernanHi @kelz784,
I am very sorry to hear you are having difficulties getting connected to the HubSpot plugin. Thank you so much for reaching out. We appreciate your time and hope we can resolve this issue quickly! As we have not had any other reports of this issue, would you mind providing details of:
– what operating system you are using (windows / mac etc)
– what browser (and browser version) you are using.
– are there any error messages visible in your browser console when the connection is failing??
– details of a website domain you used to sign up to HubSpotIf you would feel more comfortable providing this information over email, you can reach me at [email protected]. Some troubleshooting steps that I can suggest to resolve the issue are:
– insure you are using a HubSpot supported browser
– make sure your browser is up to date
– attempt to make the connection in another browser e.g chrome, firefox etc.I understand that there is a particular browser you make want to work in and we will work to get you set up in that browser if possible. In the meantime, following these trouble-shooting steps will help us zero-in on what exactly is causing the issue.
Thank you again for reaching out! I hope we can resolve this issue quickly.

Hi @wgtjai. I have discussed the issue with some of the forms team. Currently each submission is assigned a unique submission identifier. If you were to view your forms through https://app.hubspot.com/forms you will see this unique submission id in the url bar
https://app.hubspot.com/forms/{{portalId}}/{{formId}}/submissions/{{submissionId}}
There is also the option of adding a hidden field in the form using the forms api . This has implications for reporting however as this field will not be consumed by the HubSpot platform for reporting.
You can GET details about form submissions by using the forms api also. Currently the formId is not part of the response payload (this is something the forms team are considering adding in the near future)
Can I ask more details about the particular use case? Why is it useful to have a submissionID for form responses?
Hi @wgtjai, as this issue has been inactive for some time, I am going to mark as resolved. I hope this resolved your problem, if not, please do not hesitate to to open another issue here.
Best,
ConorHi @wgtjai . Thank you so much for getting in touch. Happily this feature is already provided natively with the HubSpot forms tool. To view this ID
1) open the contacts tool inside the plugin
2) from the actions button in the top right, select edit columns
3) search for the field “Contact ID”
4) select the check box so that you can see this column as part of your contacts tableI hope this is helpful. If there is some other identifier you would like to associate with each contact on submit, perhaps you could provide more details as to what kind of data you would like to associate with each lead?
Best,
ConorHi @goffstock.
Thank you for getting in touch, it is always great to get feedback from our users. I discussed your issue with the forms team this morning. Unfortunately this is not currently possible in the plugin.
I agree with you this would indeed be a nice feature to have, thank you for bringing this to our attention. The senior designer on that team has made note of this with a view to including this feature as part of their plan to make the forms product more engaging. I can’t speak to an exact timeline on this, but I hope it is reassuring to you to know that it is on our radar and part of our roadmap now.
Again, thank you for getting in touch. If you have any other ideas of features you would like to see in HubSpot, feel free to reach out here or make a suggestion on the HubSpot community forum :

We would be thrilled to hear your input.
