Hi. Gonna update this topic to resolved. I’ve figured out a way to map my checkbox to pdf which is to convert my multiple checkbox to individual checkboxes.

Hi Yordan. Thanks for your support. Sadly that’s not what I need and sorry for not stating clearly my concern. The email verification I need is when a user filled in their email, contact form 7 will send a code to the email then the user needs to enter this code to verify their email.

Is this possible with contact form 7?

Hi. Some placeholder already showed up in our form. We reduced the font-size of the placeholder. Our new problem is that some text are not showing like the button text, label text etc. This issue is still on Apple phone.
