I don’t know what happened but I was able to update the rest of the plugin today and didn’t get another error.

@msykes I don’t remember updating it, but it has stopped showing as in need of update and lists the version number as 6.2.1, so it’s good now. (weird and thanks!)

I tried and failed to send a preview email, and then I realized the SPF record wasn’t on the sending subdomain.

I added it, and then it sent. Was this the issue? Did something change since last week when it sent with no issues (without the spf on the sending domain)?

I’m not confident that this fixed the issue, but I did get the preview email, so maybe, can I get a confirmation that something changed on MailPoet’s side in the past week?

And, per https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/191-how-to-improve-open-and-click-rates, I’ve confirmed that the SPF and DKIM records are present.

I’m really running out of things to check ??

Also, error logging has been on, but there is nothing in the logs. I’ve changed it to everything in the hopes of getting some logs that might suggest something.

Any ideas?

Using Google Chrome, shouldn’t it work?

What privacy restrictions would interfere?

I don’t think that’s the issue, because I’m pretty sure the other user who tried uses ‘stock’ Chrome on mobile. And, I can use Google Recaptcha on other sites in the same browser.

They reverted it back a version!

I’m also getting a WSOD, and an error in logs of:

When I checked this button:

Disable Submit Button Disable Form Submit Button until no-captcha is entered.

It works more often, but still not every time? Not sure what’s going on

I’ve checked it with Twentytwentytwo (up to date), Wp Safe Mode (fresh install), and everything else specified in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/need-help-read-this-first-24/, and, I get the same error.

Reproducing this error just means visiting any https://…./event/categories/{category_name} page, and voila, wsod.

I’ve not had any luck trying to change any template files, either within the Events Manager/templates/overrides or in the base WP template files. Something is interfering, or broken, or??

I can’t tell if anyone else is having this issue, but I can’t get it to work even with a default theme/WP Safe Mode/and only Events Manager turned on.
