I need administration access, as I am the only one managing my website now

How do I access that database? And how do I go about changing my access to administration to editorial when accessed?

How do I do that? I have no idea about these things only know what I am told and he says he can’t log in I have only editorial access and not administration

I have a user name and password for access but it’s only editorial not administration so unable to change to administration access myself as I don’t even have a settings option on there. He tried to log in with his previous access he created but it is no longer working as he transferred my domain name to me and my website database that’s on a new hosting site that I created with godaddy! Seems no way out of this
