Hi please can someone help. I have disabled plugins and changed themes and stopped caching for the following:
Cart
MyAccount
Checkout
my-account.php
And the user password reset page is still not working. I dont know what else to try. My server does not cache. My site is shabbychicspain.com

I have that problem, when a user wants to reset password the page cannot be found. I reset permalinks but it is still not working. Any ideas please???

I resolved my issue by using a different plugin called Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping

I fixed it! It turned out to be W3 optimizer plugin. I deactivated it and now my site is back to normal.I think it was something to do with woocomerce as it had an error message asking me to put wcplugin to ignore strings. But when I did this the error message didnt go.

I have exactly the same problem. It only happened after I updated all the plugins.

I have changed the theme to diamond which I like, but the problem still persists

I changed permalinks settings to post name. But still not solved. I am very much a learner sorry!
