Do you need my admin login details as well, or will they be sufficient?

Btw it was working before (when I started at first). And I didn’t check it properly after that but when I completed creating my basic website it didn’t work.

When I checked with my friend in his certificate setting (learn press), neither canvas nor image is selected, but in my “canvas” is set, but I cannot unselect them.

you might have to log in/register and go to the available courses page. I recommended my friend to use learn press as well since it’s really good for creating the course and awarding certificates. his website has no problem but he could not figure out what problem I am facing.
