I’m having the exact same issue. Is it because my Facebook App is not in Active status? Currently it shows “In Development” status. When I try to set it to Active I get a message about needing to provide a valid Privacy Policy URL. Anyone know where I can find a generic privacy policy to upload to my site?

I have the same issue and my hosting provider also refuses to install Poppler. Do I have any other options or am I just out of luck?
