Bayas…starting on line 179 in the css file….

a, h2 a:hover, h3 a:hover {
color: #013a57;
text-decoration: none;
}

a:hover {
color: #6699cc;
text-decoration: underline;

both of those color codes are ones I put in… makes the links in the side bar be dark blue then hovered they are light blue.

Now I just gota change the link colors for the side bar and also the font color for the discriptions in the side bar for the link section and catagoies section. Right now they are the same color as the BG..cant see them ??

I think Bayas and I are lookin for the same thing here …just the the ability to exchange the light blue link color with the dark blue hover to the oposite.

I also on top of that need to change the footer text color to white from black…can’t see the text right now ??

I can’t beleive its taking me this long to change some colors!!!

Oh well…everything else is far easier to work with than some stuff I’ve seen.

Found all kindsa little messeges in the files…this ones at the bottem of the CSS that doesn’t seem to even be used for the theme….

I’m lookin ta do pretty much the same thing Bayas and I have touched every aspect of the CSS file with no results at all..none…not even bad ones.

So modifying the text color, link color and hover color has got ta be in another file.

I’m lookin right now and can’t find it so I am back in here searchin..If I find somethin…I’ll letcha know…Hopefully someone will step up with a solution ??

I started playin with the CSS for my defualt theme and was finding colors in it that are not even in the blog!!!

Still don’t realy understand it. Its like as if this CSS has nothin ta do with the theme I’m usein!!!

I modded the CSS like crazy…loadin it up and nothin happend…not even anything bad!!!

man…nuts eh..oh well…I put my back up in and I’ll move onto another file for the changes ??

This mornin I was inspired ta do some moding.

?? I’m useing them as an examle for SEO. People use them and they can be a handy thing, but optimizing them takes some figuring.

If I can figure out how to make it so if a user follows a link on a search engine to any givin page with in my WP and have that page and the user be automaticaly redirected to my main page with the frameset and the page they need ta see sittin all pretty like in the mainframe…then…well….I FRIKIN RULE!!!!!!!!!

yea…totaly…you can disallow any file from the robot or even disallow robots all together.

here is an exaple from one of my sites…there are so many things your can do with it..too much ta list here, but if ya just google robots.txt or just robots…you should find loads of info on how ta set them up just right ??

I looked at your set up and it seems fine…I think your problem may be someplace else dude.

The problem I am tryin to figure out with the use of these frames is after an indexer crawls my site..it will pull up info into the results page on the search engine with a link to that page….that link will bring the user to that page and not my frame set page…….your gona have the same problem…after you figure out the one ya got now ?? I don’t think that the frames have anything to do with your problem.
