thnx mate, i will speak to my host then. how about if i want to run the script twice a day but only that it etract on 1 article per each run? I mean define it to function in such a way that on 1 article(latest article) is extracted in each run?

Hello, when is it gona be updated to be compactible with the WP 3.0? I beleive its not updated yet hence that error?

One more thing, how can someone elect to post articles say 2 articles per day? I just want to get to know how we can limit the amount of articles that get posted in a day.
