Are there any “spam” protection plugins that you endorse with your plugin?

I notice on the site there is a captcha for comments – depending on implementation, that might be failing – WPBook Lite doesn’t know how to pass the captcha when it goes to insert the comment.

I’ve disabled this and will see if the comment comes over now… ??

The only other anti-spam tool in use is Akismet. Should this also be disabled?

No – I’ve logged it at GitHub – which is where support requests are supposed to go for this plugin apparently – but I haven’t actually tried to look into the code.

I might do that now.

I’ve tried manually changing the URL to my old username (cheekychimpanzee) and also to my nickname.. but the same “not found” continues.
