I have found the issue and it is with the Themify theme. But it is easily fixed.
The ‘Theme Builder’ that they use is causing the issue so there are 2 options:

You can upload the attached file into your Themify theme folder. This will disable the Page Builder scripts from loading within the invoice pages

or

You can go to https://www.***************.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=themify and disable the Theme Builder entirely. But this would also disable it for Posts and Pages.

I would recommend the first option.

It turns out to be a conflict with my theme (Themify Corporate).
